One of my proudest accomplishments is not an award winning campaign, it's an award winning agency.

I helped build The Kitchen, the in-house agency at Kraft Heinz, from scratch. And in under 18 months, we grew a scrappy team of 8 in Chicago, who was making social content for Kraft Mac and Cheese, to a North American team of 100+, making fully integrated campaigns, rooted in purpose, for over 22 brands, and recognized by the One Show, AdAge, Campaign, the Webby Awards and AAF.

When we started The Kitchen, we were a bunch of strangers, navigating a new agency, process and the corporate world for first time. I knew the best way for us to learn how to work together was to make work together. And girl did we!

In just 18 months we were cooking up work inspired by social listening/daily newsrooming, quarterly planning and activation briefs.We also made some rad memories and friends. Watch the sizzle reel to get a taste what we made in The Kitchen in Q3/22 alone.

I defined the mission, values and identity of our agency to inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration and inclusivity. And I redefined how work is made, integrating the business and brand leads with the creative & production leads to increase agility and productivity, and empower shared ownership of ideas from spark to finish. I'm so proud of what we accomplished, together.
